Information & booking conditions

Deposit:
The reservation is valid only after the payment of a deposit of EUR 100,- for appartement either by check payment or by transfer to our account. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation or non appearance.

Cancellations / Strono: 
Cancellations are only accepted in written form, at least 3 weeks before the day of arrival. Otherwise 100 % rent price will be charged.

Arrival:
Guest may move into the apartments at the day of arrival from 2pm. If it is not possible to arrive before 6pm, please inform us via telephone.

Delayed Arrival:
Postponing the arrival day has to be communicated at least 3 weeks before the booked day of arrival. Otherwise we charge the agreed rent price for the whole period.

Departure:
The apartments have to be vacated at the day of departure at 10am at the latest.

Early departure:
In case an early departure is not communicated at least 3 weeks before the agreed day of departure, we charge the agreed rent price for the whole period.
